Book anything from a single session up to 20 sessions, once purchased the 1 hour session(s) are yours to use whenever is convenient for you. Following the initial free consultation you can book in all your sessions at once, enter a few at a time in to the calendar or simply just plan one session at a time. This style of training is relaxable allowing those who can not commit to training every week or those who prefer to train individually with the occasional assistance from a personal training session. Unlike certain other trainers, you do not need to worry that if you buy a larger package you will be pressured into using up these sessions before a certain date as there is no expiration.
Purchase training plans on a monthly basis, pay with direct debit for a set number of months, during which time you can choose between the options of 1, 2 or 3 personal training sessions per week. On top of this you will also receive nutritional guidance, an individual training routine which you can follow when you are not training with me, computerized monitoring to accurately track your progress towards your goals and you shall also have the option to attend a weekly group circuit training session. This package is for those who can commit to a strict training regime that focuses on all aspects of fitness in order to ensure physical and lifestyle targets are reached.
